…to sleep. We are hosting Chuck’s family (or at least a portion of it) for the holidays this year. It has been keeping this little blogger too busy to blog, or even take many pictures commemorating the event(s). So far we have been to Catalina Island (luckily right before the latest deluge soaked Southern California), various restaurants (where we ate way too much food), opened a boatload of gifts on Christmas Day and then headed off to a karaoke party (not immortalized on film or tape, thank goodness, though us singing “O Holy Night” loudly and out of tune was a treat not to be missed), strolled Naples looking at holiday light displays and dreaming of owning multi-million dollar homes, went to a kick-ass spinning class (and now I have to sit down a little gingerly cuz my behind is sore), went running in the pouring rain this morning and this afternoon went to the IMAX version of The Polar Express. Phew! Tomorrow we’re off to Disneyland and California Adventure, not being the sorts to let the grass grow under our feet. Pics, such as they are, are here. More to follow, if we survive.
